As our new Supply Chain and Business Process Excellence Manager, you’re here to fuel the fire. You’ll contribute to our mission by developing the company's strategic procurement approach while driving efficient, scalable and reliable supply-chain processes and systems.
The role combines strategic sourcing and supplier management with ownership of business processes, ERP/MRP optimisation. It ensures continuity of supply, competitive sourcing, strong supplier performance and effective processes while supporting the company's quality, sustainability and growth ambitions.
Working cross-functionally with Planning, Production, Finance, Quality, R&D and Logistics, the role translates business needs into effective sourcing strategies, processes, systems and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Your kick-ass responsibilities:

Strategic Procurement

• Develops and executes the company’s sourcing strategy for raw materials, packaging, and supply chain services
• Negotiates contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Builds and maintains strong supplier relationships.
• Conducts market analysis to identify cost, risk, and innovation opportunities.
• Identifies and mitigates supply risks (single sourcing, geopolitical, quality).
• Ensures adherence to food safety, sustainability, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Ensures continuity of supply and manages supplier performance.

Operational Purchasing

• Ensures correct stock levels of raw materials based on forecasts, lead times, production needs and master contracts.
• Optimises processes and lead continuous improvement plans after issues arising in supply chain.

System & Process Optimisation

• Implements automation and digital tools to improve efficiency, as portfolio manager (interface Idealis and key users)
• Drives continuous improvement across supply chain processes.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Works closely with planning, production, finance, quality, and logistics.
• Aligns with R&D on new materials, specifications, and supplier onboarding.
• Ensures procurement decisions support operational and commercial priorities.

Risk & Compliance Management

• Manages supplier audits, certifications, and compliance requirements in support of QA

Strategic Contribution

• Supports long‑term sourcing strategy.
• Leads cost‑reduction initiatives without compromising quality or service.
• Drives system upgrades in supply chain, process redesigns, and digital transformation in procurement.

ESG/B Corp lead in Supply Chain

• Contribute assessing current situation, assessing the gap and build the plan for supply chain

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, business process management or a related environment.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and supplier management.
• Good understanding of supply-chain planning, purchasing, inventory and production environments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, master data and business-process optimisation.
• Commercially strong with good analytical and financial understanding.
• Strong project-management and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in FMCG, food or a related manufacturing environment is an advantage.
